• Prohibited items include illegal goods, hazardous materials, and restricted products under Malawian law.

5. Requests for Quotation (RFQs)

• RFQs must be genuine and not misleading.
• Msika247 may remove RFQs that violate marketplace standards.

6. Courier Services

• Courier companies listed on Msika247 operate independently.
• Msika247 is not liable for delays, damages, or losses during shipping.

7. Payments & Transactions

• Payments may be processed through third-party providers.
• Msika247 does not hold customer funds directly unless explicitly stated.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to seller policies and applicable law.

8. Internal Messaging

• Users must not send spam, offensive, or fraudulent messages.
• Msika247 may monitor communications to ensure compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and software on Msika247 are owned by or licensed to Msika247.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Msika247 provides the platform "as is" and is not responsible for losses arising from transactions.
• Users transact at their own risk.

11. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malawi.
